As a first-generation immigrant born and raised in New Delhi, India, Kriti brings a unique perspective and cultural richness to her endeavors. Morya Estates emerged not solely as a 2020 initiative but as a realization of a longstanding aspiration aimed at empowering individuals with financial independence through real estate investments and knowledge.

Since its inception, Kriti has meticulously nurtured Morya Estates, infusing it with the core principles of integrity, quality, collaboration, and innovation. In a span of merely three years, she has amassed over 70+ doors generating multi-million dollar revenue in Milwaukee. Complementing her real estate endeavors, she established House of Morya, an in-house management service catering to her expanding portfolio.

Beyond her achievements in the business realm, Kriti also serves as a Hospitalist nurse practitioner at the Medical College of Wisconsin, embodying her dedication to both professional excellence and community welfare. Currently, she oversees strategic planning across all sectors of Morya Estates and guides investment decisions to drive growth and profitability.

Throughout his decade-long journey in entrepreneurship, Michael has steered Wisconsin's foremost lacrosse organizations to unparalleled success, showcasing his adept leadership skills. Following the profitable sale of his lacrosse companies, he strategically reinvested the proceeds into real estate. He has carved a niche for himself through astute investments, customer acquisition, monetization strategies, and adept management of assets and cash flow. Presently, his diverse portfolio range from single and multi family properties, as well as luxury rehabs in Milwaukee to international real estate in Tulum, MX.

Michael remains committed to and involved with the integral day-to-day functions of the investment and development teams. This includes involvement in long-term and short-term business strategies, the creation of innovative debt financing, and the development of complex partnership structures.
