Modern Farmhouse on Lake Michigan
Our vision for this Cape Cod-style home in Shorewood, WI, was to seamlessly blend old-world Cotswold charm with functional farmhouse aesthetics. In the kitchen, we infused a subtle farmhouse appeal without going overboard. We added an unlacquered solid brass kitchen faucet from Morocco, paired with soft, color-drenched schemes reminiscent of an old English cottage. The addition of Zellige tilework enhances the kitchen’s unique charm. Nothing captures English countryside quite like a copper bathtub and exposed brick walls in the primary room.
